YOUR DAY AS DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Schedule: This is a full-time role with a standard Monday through Friday schedule. Occasional flexibility for evening or weekend events is encouraged to best serve the needs of the community and engage prospective residents.

In this role, you will work closely with our Executive Director to shape and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that will increase occupancy and revenue for Legacy House of Avondale. Each day, you'll start with a clear focus on building relationships that bring families and individuals into our community. You will identify market opportunities and reach out to key referral partners, including healthcare professionals and community leaders. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you confidently present information about our services, building trust with prospective residents and their families. As you listen carefully to understand their needs, you'll help them envision a future with us.

REQUIREMENTS FOR DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

• Clear understanding of sales and marketing within the senior living or healthcare industry, with a focus on occupancy and revenue growth
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Market insight and strategic thinking abilities
• Collaborative spirit
