HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE

 

We're very flexible with scheduling and are offering full- and part-time positions. Day and evening shifts are available.

 

As a Medication Technician, you work under the guidance of a licensed nurse to deliver accurate, high-quality medical support to our elderly residents. After reviewing the daily medication orders, you compassionately administer meds to residents, making sure to follow all schedules and dosage requirements.

 

You also assist elderly residents with their personal needs, maintaining a supportive and respectful environment where independence is encouraged. Always friendly and cheerful, you connect with residents and their families, working with your team to deliver incredible care. Whether you're helping with bathing, skincare, or changing dressings for chronic conditions, your kind and caring approach makes a tangible impact!

 

OUR IDEAL MEDICATION TECHNICIAN

  • Current caregiver certification
  • Completion of designated training programs as prescribed by the wellness director or supervisor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, and resident transfers
  • A genuine passion for working with seniors and a commitment to upholding their dignity and privacy
