ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our front desk, ensuring each guest feels the warmth of Hawaiian hospitality from arrival to departure. You'll manage front desk operations, handle guest inquiries with ease, resolve billing issues, and keep room assignments and inventory on track. From handling special requests to resolving issues with our "Make it Right" approach, you're there to make each stay unforgettable. You'll also support the team with Hilton brand standards, document important events, and communicate with other departments to keep things running smoothly.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• The ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs

• A positive attitude
• A commitment to creating a pleasant environment for guests and teammates alike
