ABOUT THE ROLE

This hospitality position offers a flexible schedule with shifts from 7 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM and occasional overnight shifts. This full-time role requires weekend availability and occasional on-call responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

As one of three managers on-site, you start each day motivating and supporting our front desk team to provide exceptional service. As our Hotel Front Office Manager, you're the key player ensuring policies and brand standards are upheld, greeting guests warmly, and solving any issues that come your way. From training team members to handling schedules, managing cash, and assisting with guest inquiries, you're always two steps ahead. Working closely with our assistant general manager and general manager, you help create a warm and welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

  • 1+ years of guest service experience (hotel experience is preferred)
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience (or equivalent)
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, and Google Docs)
  • Positive, outgoing, and empathetic personality
