Job Summary:
Perky Beans Cafe in Leander, TX is looking to hire a full-time Lead Cook to join our team. The Lead Cook provides direct support to Cafe Leadership by assisting with specific areas of the restaurant's operations. This role reinforces Back of House (BOH) staff expectations and supports Front of House (FOH) Operations to ensure a positive customer experience, taking ownership of their duties and acting on behalf of management when they are not present.
This position earns a competitive wage of $19-$20/hour, at 35-40 hours per week. We provide fantastic perks, including weekly pay, opportunities for advancement, and a discounted meal each shift.
Qualifications:
This position has a flexible schedule and works between our business hours of 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Regular weekend availability is must!
