DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS ROLE

You'll work a Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, with some flexibility required and some on-call responsibility.

As a Behavioral Specialist, you will provide high-level direct behavior support for students, individuals, and staff. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to address challenging behaviors effectively. Collaborating with our behavioral team, you'll provide staff training, collect data for functional behavior assessments, and ensure the implementation of behavior support plans and teaching strategies for each individual. Your dedication and expertise will contribute to creating an environment conducive to positive growth and development.   • Bachelor's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Having your BCaBA, BCBA, or master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is preferred. The ability to speak Portuguese or Spanish is a plus!
