WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As our Housekeeping Manager, you will start by organizing the housekeeping team's daily tasks, assigning rooms to be cleaned, and inspecting them to meet our high cleanliness standards. You'll collaborate with the front desk team to ensure that all rooms are updated in our system for sale and confirm that departing guests have vacated their rooms. As a leader, you'll hire and train new employees, cultivating a culture of fun and appreciation while keeping your team on track to work efficiently within budgeted time.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER?

We're looking for someone who can work Tuesday - Saturday with some flexibility while meeting the following qualifications:

  • Managerial or supervisor experience
  • Hotel experience
  • Housekeeping experience
  • Ability to manage a department of 10-12 people
  • Leadership skills and the ability to hold team members accountable
  • Good communication skills
