ABOUT THE ROLE

In this leadership role, you'll oversee all front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, guest satisfaction, and seamless communication with the sales team. You'll manage scheduling, training, hiring, and coaching team members while covering shifts as needed to keep everything running smoothly. With a hands-on approach, you'll work desk shifts with a smile and help maintain our high standards of service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Staying updated on upcoming events with the sales department
  • Completing checklists and ensuring the front desk operates efficiently

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCEED

  • Experience as a front office manager, front desk supervisor, or front desk lead
  • Hotel experience
  • Strong leadership skills and the desire to grow within the property
  • Availability to cover all shifts, including overnight, if needed
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marriott experience

 

SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically works 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with the flexibility to cover other shifts as needed.
