THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A COUNTRY CLUB BANQUET CAPTAIN

As the Banquet Captain, you expertly manage staff shifts and ensure everyone is trained in top-notch customer service. You oversee the setup of events, transforming the venue into an inviting space for guests to celebrate. Running the floor, you coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and service staff, ensuring every dish and drink arrives perfectly timed. You keep a close eye on inventory, collaborating with staff to maintain supplies and equipment. Attending to each guest's requests and concerns, you create a welcoming atmosphere, all while ensuring safety regulations are communicated and followed. In this lively setting, your leadership shines as you remain calm under pressure, turning every event into an unforgettable experience.

OUR IDEAL COUNTRY CLUB BANQUET CAPTAIN

• High school diploma or GED
• Degree in hospitality or similar is preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a banquet captain or a similar position
• Physically fit with good stamina for physical tasks such as moving and lifting furniture and standing for long periods
• Willingness to work long hours, irregular shifts, and on weekends and holidays
• Excellent leadership abilities and the ability to manage many staff members
• Great time management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Bilingual proficiencies in both English and Spanish is highly desirable
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, even in stressful situations
