RETAIL GOLF SHOP ATTENDANT QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for a candidate who can work 8-10 hour shifts from Tuesday - Sunday. Flexibility and willingness to work holidays are required. Here are the minimum criteria:

• 1+ years of experience
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit
• Strong communication skills and passion for providing great customer service
• Time management skills and ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate a golf cart and pallet jack and regularly lift 50 lbs.

Country club experience or basic computer skills would be preferred.

WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Retail Golf Shop Attendant, you engage with club members, demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our products, and provide top-quality customer service. You're a vital member of our shop, assisting with opening and closing duties and ensuring our inventory is well-stocked and organized. Motivated to provide positive shopping experiences, you answer questions from members and respond to phone calls and emails.

With a professional attitude, you inform members about our products and golf operations. You accept special orders, place orders with local vendors, help receive new merchandise, and assist with monthly inventory. Diligently, you clean up around the shop and support our buyer with budgets and sales reports. You help maintain our country club's image and deliver excellent member experiences!
