BECOMING OUR HOSPITALITY SALES COORDINATOR

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays when needed.

As a Hospitality Sales Coordinator, your day is a blend of dynamic responsibilities. From setting up meeting spaces to crafting engaging social media posts, inputting rooming lists, and planning client events, you play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations. Your commitment to excellent customer service creates loyal repeat customers, making every day a new opportunity to leave a lasting impression.

All that we need from you is the following:

• Physical ability to set up meeting spaces, including moving tables and chairs
• Self-starter with great time management skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly computer literate
• Fast learner
• Flexible with the ability to work occasional Saturdays and evenings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get between properties

Experience using Marriott/Fosse and IHG/Opera software is preferred.
