Schedule & Location: This is a full-time position with evening and weekend availability required. You'll be working in the beautiful surroundings of Austin Country Club in Austin, TX.

What the Role Entails: As a Maintenance Worker, you start your day reviewing service requests and diving into a variety of tasks that keep our club in pristine condition. From troubleshooting electrical systems to repairing plumbing issues, your skills shine as you ensure everything operates flawlessly. You conduct preventive maintenance checks, meticulously document your work in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our members. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to showcase your expertise!

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of CMMS software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors
• Proficiency in analyzing problems and finding effective solutions
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
• Carpentry skills are a plus
