ABOUT THIS ROLE

The typical schedule consists of 45-50 hours per week, which may include weekends and some holidays. Your day usually starts at 6 am and ends around 3 pm.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as a sous chef or Chef de Partie (lead line cook)
  • 3+ years of experience in the industry
  • Deep knowledge and appreciation for the industry and food in general
  • Professionalism, commitment, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team

Preferred:

  • Culinary Arts degree
  • Previous experience as a head chef
