THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate exhibits the qualifications listed below:

• 1+ years of experience as a sous chef or Chef de Partie (lead line cook)
• 3+ years of experience in the industry
• Deep knowledge and appreciation for the industry and food in general
• Professionalism, commitment, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team

• Culinary Arts degree
• Previous experience as a head chef

As the Head Chef, your daily mission is a dynamic blend of maintaining top-notch quality and consistency, crafting innovative recipes, leading a tight-knit team, placing orders, and efficiently managing food costs. Your typical day starts at 6 am and ends at 3 pm. The schedule is usually 45-50 hours per week.
