THE BASICS

Pay: Our 1st Shift Maintenance Technician earns $30.00 - $35.00/hour.

Schedule: This position works mornings from 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.

YOUR DAY

As a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician, you spend your mornings tackling various electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance tasks. You're responsible for repairing equipment and structures, maintaining vehicles, testing water, cleaning lines and regulators, and working on boilers and steam systems. You're motivated to keep our facility running smoothly, and you proactively identify and address minor issues before they become major problems. Safety, precision, and time management are the keys to your success, and you work with your lead technician to support effective workdays!

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of on-the-job industrial maintenance experience OR a relevant certification
• Electrical, pneumatic, and basic PLC (programmable logic controller) experience
• Working knowledge of welding, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks with an ability to work on controls, boilers, and steam systems
• Proficiency with basic hand tools, pumps, PLC controls, plumbing systems, and electrical panels
• Computer proficiency and ability to use a preventative maintenance program
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to analyze information and make data-driven decisions
• Team spirit, time management skills, and ability to work independently
