Crystal Springs is seeking an experienced full-time Director of Children's Residential Services to manage the day-to-day operations of our children's residential programs in Assonet, MA, with a salary range of $76,960 to $80,080 per year. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As the Director of Children's Residential Services, you will lead and mentor staff, ensuring they are trained and supported to provide excellent care. You will manage daily operations, making sure all programs comply with policies and regulations. Regularly, you will visit the residential facilities to assess and improve program effectiveness. You will also oversee staffing needs, budgeting, and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the facilities. Working with both internal teams and external partners, you will ensure that the children in our care receive well-rounded, quality service.

A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred!
