YOUR ROLE AS A SALES - CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
Your job is all about crafting a smart business plan for your area, making sure it lines up perfectly with our broader goals and targets. Your mission? To boost sales, hit those monthly and yearly goals, and keep a clear record of all your sales activities in our CRM system. You also nurture existing customer relationships and go after new clients with gusto.
You team up with our OEM partners, lending a hand and sharing your expertise with customers on anything service-related. You're key to introducing new service offerings, bringing service company partners on board, and checking in on service sites to uphold our quality standards. You get to network and show off our brand at industry events and play a vital part in shaping our business strategies across North America. It's a role that's as dynamic as it is essential!
