WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS OUR FIELD MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

As a Field Maintenance Coordinator, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that will keep you engaged and challenged. Your main focus will be on creating customer quotes, orders, and purchase requisitions in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely processing. You will also have the opportunity to interact with customers, following up on pending quotes, purchase orders, revisions, and scheduling, providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will play a vital role in coordinating and tracking jobs using SAP Connect. You will be responsible for providing field service engineers with all the necessary information they need. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure smooth scheduling and timely completion of jobs. Your excellent communication skills will come into play as you handle incoming calls and emails from both internal and external customers, both domestically and internationally.


REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills
  • Ability to type 50+ wpm
  • SAP or similar
  • Ability to remain positive in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work independently within a team setting

An associate degree or equivalent is preferred but not required. Familiarity with manufacturing would be a plus.
