YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

This is a full-time position with standard business hours. Your role will encompass a diverse array of responsibilities. You'll commence your day by meticulously designing motor and control cabinets, ensuring strict adherence to customer specifications and regulatory standards. Leveraging sophisticated ECAD systems, you'll craft intricate electrical schematics and network layouts with precision and accuracy. Beyond design, your leadership will be pivotal as you guide project teams through technical intricacies, providing direction and expertise. From conceptualization to execution, you'll oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your dedication to innovation and commitment to excellence will be evident in every task you undertake.

Here's what you need to become our Hardware Project Engineering Lead:

  • Technical or vocational diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a project engineering role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in hardware engineering with any ECAD system (EBase, Ruplan, Eplan, AutoCAD, etc)
  • Knowledge about local electrical standard UL 508A
  • Strong leadership skills with industry or department knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

Experience in cabinet layout is a plus.
