We provide competitive compensation ranging from $26.00 to $31.00 per hour, contingent upon your experience and education. Additionally, we offer a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus. This bonus is disbursed in two installments: $2,250 after 90 days of employment and an additional $750 following six months of dedicated service. Furthermore, bonuses are prorated for employees in select regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more, regardless of whether their schedule totals less than 40 hours per week. AN AVERAGE DAY
As a Children's Program House Manager, your role is to oversee and coordinate activities within a therapeutic environment that promotes the students' physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being. You serve as a positive role model, assisting them in developing adaptive life skills. Your duties involve on-site management of the assigned residence, ensuring quality assurance, conducting staff training and development sessions, and handling personnel scheduling. You report directly to the director of residential services, who provides supervision and ongoing training.
