Crystal Springs, located in Assonet, MA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for the role of full-time or per-diem Community Supporter. WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
This position offers both per-diem and full-time opportunities, with a competitive wage of $18.00 to $23.98/hour. We provide a generous signing bonus of up to $2,000 and an attractive benefits package that includes:

Available schedules include Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while contributing meaningfully to our community.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
In your role as a Community Supporter, you will coordinate and oversee a variety of in-house and outdoor activities, with an emphasis on gymnasium and group events. You will develop and implement plans to utilize our playgrounds, gym, tree house, sensory room, and other facilities to their fullest potential. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a detailed calendar of events, coordinating all summer schedules, and ensuring the safety and engagement of our residents by obtaining necessary certifications such as Lifeguard, Pool Operator, and Special Olympics coach. Your day will be focused on fostering a supportive and enriching environment for adults with developmental disabilities.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR A COMMUNITY SUPPORTER?
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. At least one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is also a plus!
