YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Design Mechanical Engineer works a full-time schedule with the potential to have a flexible remote work arrangement.


YOUR DAY

As a vital member of our mechanical engineering team, you work with other project engineers to coordinate the design process of our tools, products, equipment, and other machines. Following our established procedures, you're responsible for analyzing designs, accurately inputting them into our CAD system, and developing bills of material. You meticulously check over the designs and complete vital documentation before kicking off the production stage. This dynamic role may also involve collaborating with a multi-functional design team, developing testing devices, and supporting machine start-up and run-off.


WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR DESIGN MECHANICAL ENGINEER

  • 4-year mechanical engineering degree or equivalent training/experience
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with machine design or DFMA and FMEA processes would be preferred but isn't required. Experience with Siemens NX, SOLIDWORKS, or AutoCAD software would also be preferred for this mechanical engineering position.
