YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS AN APPRENTICE OF BUSINESS

As an Apprentice of Business, each day will bring a mix of engaging tasks. You might start by collaborating with the marketing team on a new social media campaign or preparing for an upcoming trade show. Then, dive into the world of HR, assisting with a recruitment drive and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Your day is a blend of learning and doing, from entering vendor data in the supply chain to helping develop customer quotes. Every day is different, ensuring you stay excited and motivated.

YOUR SCHEDULE

During this two-year program, you'll attend Hennepin Technical College two days per week and work onsite at Buhler three days per week. This unique blend of academic and practical experience ensures you learn and grow in real time.
