This position is part-time with the option of full-time if you are willing to work a dual role such as bartending, cooking, etc.

Your Role: As our Shift Manager, you're the heartbeat of our operations. You'll:

• Support and uplift the management team.
• Oversee the seamless running of the restaurant during your shift.
• Manage cost, inventory, labor, and cash flows.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Ensure our guests are treated to exceptional service and delectable food.
• Step up and steer the ship in the absence of the general manager.

What We Seek:

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality
• Restaurant management (preferred)
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
