HOW YOU'LL DRIVE SUCCESS:

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be the creative driving force behind our marketing and community outreach initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Executive Director, you will develop and implement innovative advertising campaigns that capture the essence of our community. You will plan and execute special events that highlight our vibrant lifestyle, engaging both residents and the wider community. Your role will also involve building and nurturing relationships with professional referral partners and the general public to increase our visibility and occupancy. You will respond to new inquiries promptly, conduct both in-person and virtual tours, and close sales to grow revenue. Additionally, you will manage our CRM database, ensuring accurate and consistent follow-up communication. Your networking skills will be key in developing purposeful outreach efforts, securing referrals, and tracking all marketing activities. You will also support the Director of Sales and Marketing in organizing seminars, lectures, and events to attract prospects and influencers to our community. By participating in local groups and events, you will build trust and generate referrals, positioning Legacy Retirement Residence of Mesa as a leader in senior living!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER:

• Understanding that senior living sales and marketing refers to increasing revenue and growing census/occupancy
• Ability to generate strategic sales and marketing plans and tactics
• Ability to keep an open mind and effectively adapt to constant change
• Ability to work outside of a fixed office environment and in a transitory manner
• Physical ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, upward reach, stand/walk for prolonged periods, lift people/objects, and assist in transferring residents
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and presentation skills
• Great time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• A self-starter with a "can do," positive mental attitude
