This customer service position is part-time and works primarily weekend shifts on Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday.
In this part-time food service position, you are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional. On a day-to-day basis, you interact with customers, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and manage payments. You work alongside a team of friendly and enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to providing the best service possible. When food or drinks are ready, you deliver them promptly and accurately, while also providing exceptional customer service. You love ensuring our guests have a fantastic dining experience!
REQUIREMENTS TO BE OUR SERVER
A high school diploma or equivalent would be a plus. To be successful in this restaurant role, you need excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers.
