A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DRIVE-THRU CASHIER - COOK
As a Drive-Thru Cashier - Cook in hospitality, you are responsible for providing top-notch customer service to the customers who use our restaurant drive-thru to order food. You process orders as they come in, ensuring that they are documented correctly. As customers drive up to the window, you greet them with a warm smile on your face and accept their payment. When handling cash, you make sure that change is counted out and handed back accurately. You sometimes help our kitchen with cooking if we're short-staffed and need extra assistance.
