Legacy Village of Sugar House is looking for a part-time Senior Resident Driver to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our senior residents have a safe and comfortable experience. Keep reading to learn about what we can offer you!

THE BASICS: PAY, BENEFITS, AND SCHEDULE

This part-time position offers a pay rate of $16 per hour, along with some part-time benefits, and the opportunity to work in a fun and different environment every day. This is a part-time position, and availability on Sundays is required. Flexibility is important as the work schedule can vary.

YOUR DAY

As a Senior Resident Driver, you'll start your day with a friendly smile as you prepare to transport our residents. Ensuring our community vehicles are well-maintained is a vital part of your role. When you hit the road, you become a trusted companion, taking residents to medical appointments, social events, and various errands. You feel great accomplishment knowing you provide a warm and caring presence for our residents, making their journeys enjoyable.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED:

• Driving experience preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Strong conflict management skills
• A genuine willingness to work with the elderly
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
