A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN PRN INTAKE NURSE
As an PRN Intake Nurse at our rehabilitation center, you can expect to work every other weekend from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, with the possibility of additional shifts on a pro re nata basis.
You are the friendly face that welcomes new patients to our healthcare facility. You're a scheduling whiz, setting up tours of the facility, and handling intake calls. You also handle digital communications and arrange transportation for patients in need.
With your sharp eye for detail, you input admissions orders with precision, making sure all patient info is 100% up-to-date and accurate. You treat each and every patient like the unique individual they are, not just a number on a list. At the end of the day, you sleep soundly knowing you've made a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families!
