WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST

Qualifications:

• Experience in process modeling and stakeholder analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong consultation and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization
• Analytical thinking coupled with problem-solving abilities
• A detail-oriented mindset with accurate and clear reporting skills
• Familiarity with business structure and cost-benefit analysis
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of networks, databases, and basic coding/IT skills

Tools:
