ABOUT THIS ROLE

We offer 8-hour shifts from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, or 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Part-timers work 2 - 3 days/week.

As an Elderly Care Provider - LPN, you play a critical role in taking care of our residents and keeping them healthy and happy. Every day, you administer prescribed medications and treatments, maintain accurate records, collaborate with fellow team members, and assist in resident care planning. You closely follow physician orders while managing a team of nursing assistants and hospitality aides. Your dedication contributes to a comfortable and caring environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might be perfect for this position if you meet the following criteria:

  • Valid Maryland LPN license
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30 lbs., pushing a med cart, and helping lift residents as well as standing and walking throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to respond to emergencies quickly and handle unexpected resident behavior
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Heart for working with senior citizens
