Come join our team at Homewood Retirement Centers in Hanover, PA as a Practical Nurse Graduate. We are excited to offer full-time and part-time positions for recent graduates in the nursing field.
WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
You can expect to earn a competitive salary that aligns with industry standards.
You will be provided great benefits such as paid time off (PTO), compensatory time off (CTO), a $600 referral bonus, a yearly Christmas bonus, and tuition reimbursement. Full-time staff can also access health, dental, and vision benefits, weekend differentials, a retirement plan, and reimbursement for professional licenses and certifications.
The schedule for this full- or part-time role includes three shift options, 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, or 11 pm - 7 am.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Graduate Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting the health, wellness, and illness prevention of our residents. While you may not be fully licensed yet, you will have the opportunity to work directly under the guidance of a licensed nurse until you obtain your license. This position requires you to be versatile and ready to handle a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities. Your dedication and commitment to delivering high-quality nursing and personal care endeavors will make a significant impact on the lives of our residents!

Experience in long-term care is preferred but we are willing to train!
