WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
As an Employment Specialist - Job Coach, you'll meet with clients eager to pursue their career goals. You'll conduct a comprehensive intake, exploring their strengths, interests, and aspirations. Together, you'll develop a customized service plan, outlining short-term and long-term employment goals. Throughout the day, you'll provide ongoing support and guidance to your clients, helping them navigate the job search process with confidence. Whether you're assisting with resume writing, conducting mock interviews, or connecting clients with local employers, you'll be instrumental in helping individuals achieve self-sufficiency and stability!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We're looking for a compassionate and driven Employment Specialist - Job Coach who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Our ideal candidate is empathetic, resourceful, committed to helping our clients overcome barriers to employment, and can meet the requirements below!
Fluency in Arabic, Portuguese, Somali, French, or Lingala is a plus!
