YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

As an Operations Administrator, your day revolves around meticulous reviews of customer timesheets and documentation for federal compliance. You collaborate with Case Managers to rectify errors and offer feedback for quality enhancement. Handling stipend distribution and addressing participant inquiries is crucial, along with front desk duties and invoice preparation.

You conduct immediate outreach to absent customers, communicate barriers to participation, and promote the value of work. Adhering to policies and promptly documenting outcomes in ECM systems are routine. Engaging in learning collaboratives boosts your skills, ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Here's what we need from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Work experience determined acceptable to the agency
• 1+ years of office administration or front desk experience (preferred)
