THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE:
As a Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator, you'll conduct in-person and online assessments, develop personalized career plans, and provide guidance on job training and educational opportunities. You'll manage a caseload of participants and connect them to support services such as childcare, transportation, and educational services. By recommending internal and external opportunities for further job training and education, you'll play a crucial role in helping individuals transition to employment. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
We're looking for a Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator who can work a Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work when needed. This position also involves approximately 20% travel within the assigned work area. If this schedule works for you, check out our requirements below!
Being bilingual is a plus! Having experience working with public assistance recipients, homeless, formally incarcerated, individuals with disabilities, or those affected by the challenges associated with poverty is preferred but not required!
