Your workweek is typically Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5 pm, with scheduling flexibility determined by your supportive supervisor. As part of our commitment to excellence, we also require your presence for one evening and/or weekend day on a rotating basis. This position primarily operates from our vibrant office environment but also offers exciting opportunities for community engagement, local projects, and remote work.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SERVICE DELIVERY CONSULTANT

As a Service Delivery Consultant, your time is spent managing the exciting process of onboarding new NGO service providers. You meticulously oversee all due diligence activities, ensuring compliance with legislation and contractual requirements from funders. Once onboarded, you take the lead in orchestrating the supply and delivery of services through our trusted partners, ensuring a consistently high level of performance and continuous improvement in service provision within our catchment area. Your role as the in-house expert on contracts empowers service providers to leverage this knowledge, enabling them to enhance and elevate the customer experience to unprecedented levels of excellence. Every day, you're at the forefront of driving positive change and making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

Here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in nonprofit management, business administration, organization psychology, or related field
  • 3+ years of management experience working with the economically disadvantaged, homeless, welfare recipients, and other disadvantaged populations
  • Experience leading and developing teams remotely
  • Proficient in partnership/contract management
  • Familiar with management and development of a successful provider network or similar/supply chain network
