EXCITED ABOUT THIS PER-DIEM DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL ROLE?
You'll enjoy a part-time schedule with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
As a Per-Diem Direct Support Professional, you'll assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their community residential homes. From housekeeping to meal preparation, you'll ensure their everyday tasks are handled with care and compassion. You'll administer medications, implement behavioral management plans, and maintain medical records, ensuring the well-being and safety of each individual. Throughout the day, you'll facilitate independence in community activities and job tasks, providing training and support where needed. Your commitment to communication and collaboration will ensure that the individual's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
