ABOUT THE ROLE:

This full-time position operates primarily Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with rotating evening and weekend shifts. While the role is office-based in Memphis, TN, you'll also engage in community events and local outreach efforts. Travel may be required, including occasional out-of-area trips.

On a typical day as our Lead Client Care Coordinator, you start by heading out to community events or other requested locations to conduct screenings for program eligibility. By engaging with potential participants, you create interest in enrolling in our voluntary program.

Back in the office, you work closely with participants to develop their Assistance Pathway and Milestone Plan for both their career and personal goals. Utilizing relevant assessment tools, you coach participants toward actionable next steps and provide the necessary accountability structures to support them in achieving their objectives. This process is dynamic, with plans updated as needed over time to ensure continued progress and success.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, business administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in case management, administration, social services, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor in case management or social services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
