ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS LEAD JOB DEVELOPER JOB?

The schedule for this position is typically Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5 pm with one rotating evening and weekend. You'll work primarily in the office, with some remote and community work.

As a Lead Job Developer, you will have the exciting opportunity to build strong professional relationships with the business community. By leveraging these connections, you will create a robust pipeline of job openings for our customers. Your role will involve collaborating closely with client care coordinators to match our customers with quality, long-term, unsubsidized employment opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting a high volume of cold calls, foot prospecting, and other outreach activities daily to engage with employers who are actively hiring and willing to prioritize our participants. This dynamic role allows you to make a direct impact on individuals' lives by connecting them with meaningful employment opportunities!

If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit.

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university
• 3+ years of experience in job development, sales, or a related field OR work experience determined to be acceptable to the agency
• 1+ year of experience as a lead or supervisor in case management or social services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other standard business technology
