WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A NURSING ASSISTANT - CNA?
As a Nursing Assistant - CNA, you play a crucial role in assisting residents with their daily activities. You assist them with eating and getting dressed. Your time is also spent answering their call bells and helping them bathe. Your time is spent providing essential support to ensure residents' comfort and well-being. You work in various care settings, including short-term rehab, dementia, and memory care units. Additionally, you are cross-trained to work in all units, gaining valuable experience and skills in different areas of care. The typical schedule for this nursing position is 7 am -3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, or 11 pm - 7 am. While working part-time hours, you work 2-4 days per week, with a minimum of 8 hours per day.
