YOUR DAY

As the Board Certified Behavior Analyst with our human services nonprofit, you lead the Interdisciplinary Autism Treatment Team, utilizing your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis. Your role involves crafting personalized treatment plans, implementing impactful programs, and actively involving the client's natural support system. Emphasizing consistency and repetition ensures efficient interventions. Crucially, you bear the responsibility of demonstrating measurable and meaningful changes throughout the treatment, showcasing the significant impact of your work.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field
• Board Certified and Licensed as a Behavior Analyst certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board to provide supervision
• 1+ years experience working with children with Autism/Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Computer Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, or ability to learn independently
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance to travel in the North Texas area
