YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EMPLOYMENT SERVICES SUPERVISOR

As the Employment Services Supervisor for the WeCARE program, you lead daily operations while ensuring services meet participant needs and program goals. With a focus on accountability and effectiveness, you organize staff responsibilities and collaborate with other departments for integrated services. Your role requires discretion in vocational rehabilitation decisions and maintaining professional standards. By fostering employer relationships and supervising retention services, you enhance participant success in securing and maintaining employment. Compliance with agency terms and data reporting is meticulous, while weekly reviews and internal controls uphold quality standards. Personnel management, including recruitment and performance evaluation, is central to your responsibilities. Your adaptability and dedication drive success in achieving program objectives and making a meaningful impact on participant lives.

Here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, vocational rehabilitation, or occupational rehabilitation from an accredited institution
  • 2+ years of experience working with economically disadvantaged individuals or within social service programs, or an equivalent blend of relevant education and experience
  • Master's degree (preferred)
