Your daily responsibilities involve conducting insightful client interviews to explore employment, education, and training histories. Utilizing a variety of vocational assessment tools, you assess strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations. Crafting personalized employment plans, you also provide referrals for education, vocational training, and meaningful job placements based on thorough assessments. Collaborating with fellow service providers, you contribute to holistic client support and meticulously document your impact in the Fedcap CARES system.
