As a full-time Mental Health and Wellness Team Lead, you will have the chance to shape programs, provide mentorship, and foster a positive work environment for your team.


ALL THAT YOU NEED IS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of work experience in the mental health field or assisting people with cognitive or physical disabilities
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting people in reaching their potential and having the highest quality of life possible

Preferred:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, occupational therapy, human services, behavioral health, or a related field
  • Experience with caregiving or supporting individuals with brain injuries or neurological conditions

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS TEAM LEAD?

As our Mental Health and Wellness Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing direction and support to staff generalists to ensure member engagement and participation. Working closely with the program manager, you will assist in facilitating assessments, planning, and completing follow-up reporting to track progress toward our members' recovery and rehabilitation goals. Your expertise in mental illness and acquired brain disorders will be essential in guiding staff and members to follow the clubhouse model guidelines and utilize beneficial accommodations and tools for success in both the clubhouse environment and beyond.
