LEARN A LITTLE ABOUT BEING A CLIENT SERVICES SUPERVISOR

In this role, your main goals are to ensure we're providing the best support we can and that our case management team members are meeting all their performance markers. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include supervising case managers, communicating with clients, and managing important documentation.

You oversee our Job Placement and Education and Occupational Training programs as well as help find new clients to join these programs. By building relationships with human resource directors, school administrators, and leaders in other organizations, you help create a pipeline for internships and job placements. You research market trends, prepare and deliver presentations, and ensure every client is receiving the support they need to thrive in the workplace!

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

Here are the minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in social work, social services, business administration, or a related subject
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a field such as vocational rehabilitation or case management
