WHAT ALL DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?
As a Workforce Development Case Manager, you serve as the main point of contact for TANF Customers, guiding them through the Washington, DC Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Workforce Development program. Your days are filled with developing trusted relationships, coordinating activities with our dedicated team, and ensuring that customers make meaningful progress toward employment. You also conduct outreach, review assessments, and assist customers in overcoming barriers to program engagement. Your role is vital in capturing and recording employment information, reporting achievements to DHS, and ultimately transforming lives through your dedication!
Qualifications:
Being bilingual in English and Spanish would be a plus!
