As for your schedule, it may vary depending on business needs. Generally, you can expect to work from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.

As an Employment Specialist, you work closely with our program participants to help them obtain jobs that fit their needs, strengths, and interests. You mainly work with adults who have been affected by opioid addiction, so compassion and understanding are a must. As you meet with participants, you assist them in areas such as resume building, interview skills, and conflict resolution.
You provide job coaching and work readiness training, educating participants through role-playing, demonstrations, and verbal explanations. When they feel ready for the workplace, you reach out to potential employers and help place the client in a suitable position. By offering ongoing support and excellent case management services, you help individuals feel ready to take on the world!
