YOUR ROLE
As a Recovery Program Supervisor for the Pathways to Recovery program, you play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive program. Your responsibilities include providing job exploration counseling, conducting workplace readiness training, and offering guidance on training opportunities and apprenticeships. You engage with employers, schools, colleges, and community partners to raise awareness about the program and connect eligible individuals to employment and training services. In your supervisory capacity, you oversee the program's budget, manage fiscal aspects, and ensure accurate and timely documentation. Additionally, you provide job coaching to participants and supervise a team of employment/placement specialists. This dynamic role not only allows you to support individuals on their path to recovery but also leads a dedicated team in making a positive impact in Montclair, Morris, and Sussex counties.
QUALIFICATIONS
YOUR HOURS
Our full-time Recovery Program Supervisor role has remote work capabilities. Ensuring you have reliable internet access beyond the confines of a traditional office is critical. You also work at least 40 hours per week.
