BECOMING OUR TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM MANAGER

As our Temporary Assistance Program Manager, you're the driving force behind our Washington, DC Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Workforce Development program. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with the Program Director to resolve complex issues and execute strategies and plans. You'll lead by example, implementing efficient business processes for excellent customer service and positive outcomes. Motivating your team, you'll guide staff to meet and exceed monthly placement goals, ensuring program continuity and model consistency. Your trusted relationships with assigned TANF customers will foster engagement and monitor progress, while your dedication to documentation and compliance will uphold program integrity. All that we need from you is the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
• 3+ years of demonstrated ability in managing and operating an effective adult learning, workforce development, or employment-placement environment
• Strong writing skills
