This is a full-time position, and while the specific schedule is temporary and will be determined, it demands an unwavering commitment to ensuring the success of our inclusive youth camp environment. A typical day as a Youth Camp Director will involve strategic oversight of staff development, facilities, and equipment to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of all at Camp Colonie. You will spearhead the creation and evaluation of recreational programs tailored to enhance the abilities of participants with disabilities. Your engagement in community education and awareness initiatives will contribute to the positive reception of our day camping program.
