As a Workplace Training Specialist at our human services nonprofit, each day is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to employment success. You excel in delivering comprehensive job readiness training, facilitating workshops on essential life skills, and nurturing trust among program participants. Your expertise extends to coordinating external presenters and collaborating on curriculum development with vocational experts. In the classroom, you plan engaging sessions, monitor participant progress, and ensure no one falls through the cracks. Beyond the classroom, you organize hiring events, oversee job search activities, and represent our organization professionally to stakeholders and the community.
