WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS A WORKPLACE TRAINING SPECIALIST

As a Workplace Training Specialist at our human services nonprofit, each day is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to employment success. You excel in delivering comprehensive job readiness training, facilitating workshops on essential life skills, and nurturing trust among program participants. Your expertise extends to coordinating external presenters and collaborating on curriculum development with vocational experts. In the classroom, you plan engaging sessions, monitor participant progress, and ensure no one falls through the cracks. Beyond the classroom, you organize hiring events, oversee job search activities, and represent our organization professionally to stakeholders and the community. Your role is pivotal in helping individuals achieve self-sufficiency through meaningful employment.


WHAT'S NEEDED FROM WORKPLACE TRAINING SPECIALIST?

We're looking for someone who can work during the day while meeting the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience working with individuals seeking opportunities for employment
